Over fifteen years ago Justin Frazell set out on a journey down the Texas Red Dirt Roads when he began working in the Dallas/Fort Worth radio industry. Over the course of fifteen years he experienced many good things and some……well let’s just say things that are better off left in the dust. Those Texas Red Dirt Roads provided him with the honor and opportunity to receive four years in a row, the Texas Music Radio Personality of the Year award given by The Academy of Texas Music, the My Texas Music award and the Gruene With Envy award. Awards without meaning are not much to speak of; while awards voted on by the fans of the Texas Red Dirt music scene have all the meaning in the world. After all, Justin himself admits to being a fan lucky enough to have a microphone and now a website to share even more. The Texas Red Dirt music scene is more than just a scene, it is a family built on friendships grown from a common love of the music.
